TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All bookings are subject to confirmation by the counsellor.

2. All sessions are paid for in advance, at the point of scheduling. Sessions can be paid for either on an individual basis or in bulk. Every individually booked session must be paid for in advance by Direct Debit or bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should a client fail to attend their counselling session with less than 72 hours notice, The Counselling Space reserves the right to refuse requests for a refund. Once the session time has been confirmed, The Counselling Space will book a room for the session. If the client should wish to cancel or change the time of their booking(s) with more than 72 hours notice they will be subject to a £15 administration fee per session booking to cover the cost of the original room booking(s) as this is non-refundable.
